Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • Produce:

    • 3 cucumbers

    • ½ of a red onion

    • 2 tablespoons of chopped dill

  • Baking + Spices:

    • ½ teaspoon salt

    • ½ teaspoon pepper

    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Oil:

    • ¼ cup of olive oil

  • Other:

    • 2 tablespoon honey

    • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers, or chop the cucumbers into large chunks

  2. Thinly slice the onion

  3. Mix both in a medium bowl

  4. In a different bowl mix the vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill together.

  5. Add the vinegar mixture to the cucumber and onions and mix together until evenly coated

  6. Keep in the fridge for a couple hours to let all of the flavors set

  7. Enjoy!
