Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • Produce: 
    • 3 cucumbers peeled, deseeded, grated, and strained
    • 2-3 cloves garlic
    • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Dairy: 
    • 16 oz container whole milk or Greek yogurt
    • 16 oz container whole milk sour cream
  • Baking + Spices (optional): 
    • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • Oil:
    • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
