Tabbouleh

Ingredients

  • Produce: 
    • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
    • 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
    • 1 Tablespoon dried or fresh mint
    • 1 tomato, diced
  • Grains: 
    • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • Baking + Spices: 
    • 1/8 teaspoon coriander
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Oil:
    • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Other:
    • 2 cups water, boiled

  1. Boil water and pour over bulgur and garlic.

  2. Cover and let sit until grain fully absorbs water.

  3. Fluff Bulgur and add remaining ingredients
